"Welcome to the ENDS Environmental Impact Awards. These unique awards are designed to recognise the essential contribution of environmental professionals and environmental organisations to sustainability.

Whether it is protecting the natural environment, putting organisations on a more sustainable path, or developing environmentally preferable services or goods, we want to identify and celebrate the unique qualities of the environmental profession.

The awards are a chance for environmental experts and organisations to gain recognition among peers, from potential customers, and from wider society, for demonstrated excellence, helping good ideas to prosper, good networks to expand, good employers to recruit, and good providers of environmental goods and services to prosper.

By celebrating the achievements of the environmental profession we are also looking to raise its profile in a time of change and uncertainty and to demonstrate to the wider world the importance of continuing to invest in present and future environmental and sustainability skills and insights.

Entries are encouraged from all sectors, including environmental and sustainability-focused organisations, and environmental professionals and teams in mainstream business and government bodies, supplier and consultancy companies, educational organisations and NGOs.

Our expert judges will be looking for innovation and positive impact: new thinking, new procedures and new technologies, expertly delivered, that make a meaningful contribution to immediate or long-term environmental protection and sustainability.

The Environmental Impact Awards are backed by ENDS (Environmental Data Services), with more than 30 years as a leading source of intelligence for environmental professionals, and by ENDS’ parent company Haymarket Business Media, winner of the 2015 PPA Sustainable Publisher of the Year award.

We look forward to your participation in the awards."
